Ingrid Soluaga is a Bay Area native and accomplished real estate professional who has served clients since 2007. She became a REALTIST® in 2015.

Ingrid currently resides in Southern California, where she serves as President of the Beach City REALTIST® Board in Orange County. She represents clients from Beverly Hills through Orange County, bringing a strategic and relationship-driven approach to every transaction.

Known for her clarity, confidence, and client advocacy, Ingrid helps individuals and families make informed real estate decisions that create stability and long-term wealth. She is passionate about ensuring her clients understand their options and feel empowered at every stage of the process. She is the proud mother of an amazing daughter who graduated from UCLA in the summer of 2025 and is now pursuing her graduate degree at UCLA.
Outside of her professional and leadership commitments, Ingrid enjoys the outdoors, cycling, skiing, her early morning gym routine, great food, and travel.
